Arsenal have been in a dire need of a world-class striker in the past couple of years, but until now, they haven’t been able to capitalize on their efforts to sign one. From of the players that Arsene Wenger has been targeting, no one has been lured to the Emirates.
This summer has been no different, as except the signing of Granit Xhaka who will surely help the midfield, the Gunners have failed to be productive in their search for a forward. However, it seems that Wenger is not giving up and he is still trying to figure a way to find some help on offense.
In the video below, the Arsenal manager confirms that he is still heavily searching for an attacker. Nevertheless, given all their failed attempts at trying to get Gonzalo Higuain, Alexandre Lacazette and Mauro Icardi.
